Prison School anime is about five boys trapped inside a prison inside an all-girls academy due to their pervert nature. It includes their desperate attempts to live a normal high school life in this strict college-ruled by girls.

Prison School is a highly underrated anime in the ecchi, comedy genre, about which a lot of new anime watchers are unaware of. Prison School is an anime that you can’t describe through words; you have to watch it to understand.

It is one of the best anime in its genre with great animation and some of the most epic scenes in anime history. You had probably seen some of the scenes of this anime on social media like dropping the soap or the hand wrestling scene.

Overview–

The dream of every boy is fulfilled when five boys go to an all girl’s high school that decided to admit boys into their Hachimitsu Academy in Tokyo. Kiyoshi Fujino along with his four friends is the only five boys among 1000 girls. A dream for every boy in high school.

But this dream soon turns into a nightmare when they are put in a prison built inside the school because of their attempt to peek in the girl’s bathroom on the first day itself by the Underground Student Council. They are given a punishment to stay inside the prison for a whole month

But don’t feel pity for these boys so early, these boys are no normal high school boys. Each boy has a unique personality- a selfish spoiled brat, a masochist, an introvert with interest in ants and a smart four-eyes that will go to any limit to help our main character Kiyoshi Fujino to have a normal high school romance with the younger sister of the president of the Underground student council.

These boys take pleasure in getting punished by the beautiful, big busty guard of the prison that treats them as some low life. She has inhuman strength and uses extreme violent measures to punish them.

These five boys take on some difficult missions and use some drastic methods to fulfill their wishes and to live a normal high school life and experience romance with high school girls.

Why should you watch Prison School?

Extremely Hilarious moments-

Prison school has some of the most hilarious moments that will surely give you a hard belly laugh. The violent punishments will make you laugh and feel bad for the boys at the same time.  The risks they take and the uncomfortable conditions they go through to help the main character have a chance to have a normal high school romance is extremely hilarious. Each character is different and weird in a unique way which is humorously displayed.

Suspense-

This anime is unique for having the feeling of suspense while being a comedy genre anime. The viewer is always in suspense whether the boys will get caught in their missions and get punished. There are very close call moments where they escape extreme punishments and sometimes get lucky which keeps the viewer engaged.

Animation-

Prison school has a high tier animation that you don’t usually see in gag/comedy anime. Some scenes have such good animations that it almost seems real. Having such good animations during the ecchi scenes, what more does one want?

Super Ecchi scenes-

This anime almost hits the borderline between anime and hentai. The ecchi scenes have great animations which make it all more entertaining. The boys enjoy getting punished by the beautiful girls of the Underground Student Council, and the punishments are no simple punishments like sitting on the face to make them suffocate.

Friendship-

If you are from the boys boarding schools you will know about the friendship that the boy’s gang has when there is not even a single girl in their group. These five boys even though having vastly different personalities get together to fight against the Underground Student Council, and slowly develop a deep friendship among themselves in the process.

Pros and Cons-

Pros-

Apart from all the reasons why you should watch it, the anime series contains only 12 episodes with no filler episodes. So you don’t need a strong commitment to watch this anime like One Piece (if you haven’t seen it click on One Piece).

You don’t have to commit like one piece and other big series. If you are a Veteran Otaku you can do this in a day too.

Cons-

Few scenes in this anime are extremely ecchi which caused the anime to be banned in many countries. And if you don’t prefer ecchi anime, maybe this anime isn’t for you. It also includes some violent scenes that you don’t usually see in comedy anime.

If you watch anime in a private place and have a well-working headphone you are safe to go. As this anime makes its humor mostly through ecchi scenes and in appropriate circumstances it’s not suggested to watch this anime while traveling and in the public. Well if you are an Elite one Otaku you won’t mind these trivial things!!
